Knock Out Depression delivers structured, non-contact, boxing-themed wellbeing programmes for children and young people in Teesside. Using boxing as a metaphor for life and challenge (not combat), participants learn how to develop resilience, regulate emotions, and receive practical tools to support better mental health.
