Billingham Boxing Academy Programme

Details for our next 6 session programme are as follows:

Billingham Boxing Academy, 31-35 West Precinct, Billingham, TS23 2NN

• Sundays, 5pm - 7pm
• Sunday 8th March - Sunday 19th April (no session on Sunday 5th due to Easter)
• Fee: the programme is fully funded and free to attend.

Session details - fun and supportive

Each Knock Out Depression session includes:

• 1 hour of non-contact boxing training (bags, pads, fitness) - suitable for all ages and fitness levels, designed to get you moving and have fun
• 1 hour Knock Out Depression education, discussion and group support session.

NOTE: you don't have to have any experience of, or interest in, boxing - most of our participants have never put on a pair of gloves and love it once they give it a go!

Programmes are for ages 18+ and we have had participants from the ages of 18 - 80!
