How we use boxing
We use boxing as a relatable metaphor for life and for struggle. Our use of practical boxing techniques, and discussions using boxing principles and examples, help you to understand mental health and how you can improve it in a unique, relatable, and fun way.
You don't need to be fit or have any knowledge or experience of boxing. If you're curious, come and give it a go!
