‘You, me, or nobody is going to hit as hard as life.’

Life doesn’t spare any of us from its punches. And when life has our back against the ropes and we’re struggling, it can be hard to see how we can get back in the fight.

External pressures, negative self-talk, lack of support from anybody that understands - these can accumulate, our mental health is affected, and life feels hard.

When life gets on top of us, we need hope.

In times of real struggle, hope can feel hard to find. I want you to know that there are always reasons for hope, and there's always better days ahead. Sometimes we just need some support to help us to see it.

It can be really hard to admit we need help. I know because I've been there. But there's no shame in it - even heavyweight champions need someone in their corner.

You don't have to fight alone, and I hope that you can join us on our webinar.

I'll Be There

‘I've been there, I get it.’

I have a lot to be grateful for, I'm a dad of two great kids, I love what I do, and I've met many great people and had countless wonderful experiences in my life. I've been lucky enough to have spent 11 years working for the governing body of boxing, a sport that's been my passion for nearly 40 years.

I've also been through divorce, close personal bereavement, and losing a job. I've had 3 horrible battles with depression, a brutal, awful illness. My struggles have taught me so much, about mental health, about myself, and about life.

I know how hard it can be to find accessible support from someone who gets it, and that's why I created Knock Out Depression. Looking after our mental health is so important and we're here to be your cornerman, to help you to better understand and manage your mental health.

When life has your back against the ropes, we help you to come back punching and feel like you again.
